Orders are shipped within 3 business days of when the order is placed.  Orders are shipped from approximately 30 miles north of Chicago, Illinois.  Sales tax of 7.50% is charged on purchases shipped to addresses in the state of Illinois.  You will be notified via email when your items ship.  If you have any questions in regards to your order please email us at sales@solidcolorhats.com.

We accept credit cards, Paypal, and money orders for payments.  If paying with a check using PayPal, we do not ship until PayPal clears the check. This takes 3 or 4 days in the USA and up to two weeks outside the USA.

All shipping charges are based on cost of total order.  A $1.25 handling fee is included with all orders to help cover the cost of shipping supplies.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a refund.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  All sales are final outside of the USA.
