Orders are shipped within 2 business days of when the order is placed.  Orders are shipped from approximately 30 miles north of Chicago, Illinois.  Sales tax of 8.00% is charged on purchases shipped to addresses in the state of Illinois.  You will be notified via email when your items ship.  If you have any questions in regards to your order please email us at mike@solidcolorneckties.com.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal checks and money orders for payment.  If paying with a check or money order we do not ship until we receive payment in the mail.

All shipping charges are based on weight, destination and shipping method chosen.  A $1.50 handling fee is included with all orders.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product please return it to us at your expense within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a refund.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
